AEC - Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Standards

Construction projects completed from design through occupancy without large schedule or cost over runs or safety incidents often become the success stories that build architecture, engineering, and construction companies. The IHS Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) collections of standards and regulations provide the necessary information for successful construction projects. The standards and specifications carried by IHS in this collection are of interest to engineers, architects, construction companies, and safety professionals working in construction.

This collection includes documents from multiple standards development organizations. This means that you can easily access the requirements you need for your construction project without wasting time searching for them individually. This collection contains documents relevant to commercial and residential projects, underground sewer and water system design and construction, and specific aspects of these types of projects.

This collection of standards, specifications, test methods, performance requirements, and standard practices is useful for engineers, architects, builders and vendors and manufacturers providing goods and services to construction projects.
