Scope:

THIS chapter and the data on the accompanying CD-ROM provide the climatic design information for 4422 locations in the United States, Canada, and around the world. This is an increase of nearly 3000 stations from the 2001 ASHRAE Handbook - Fundamentals. The large number of stations, along with the addition of several new table elements, made printing the tables impracticable. Consequently, only the design conditions for Atlanta, GA, appear in this printed chapter to illustrate the table format. An appendix to this chapter lists all 4422 stations, the complete data tables for which are contained on the CD-ROM.
